Extra special experience there. Excellent staff, GOOD services, and magnificent location not far from the supermarket, bus station, further away restaurants as well as the other ski resorts in Hakuba. Hot breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Great-sized room with an amazing view, a large TV, a double bed as expected.

This place is great for families, offering a variety of super clean rooms, some of which have 3 beds. It's conveniently located near the Happo-One Adam Gondola, ski slopes, and bus stop, making it easy to get around. Plus, it's close to other mountains too. the bar area here is fantastic for some chill time after a day of adventure! 🍻.

Staying at this hotel was a blast! the location was awesome - super close to the slopes and easy access to the ski lifts. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with a tasty American breakfast every morning. the staff were absolute gems, always ready to help out. the rooms were cozy and always kept warm, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the mountain. the free shuttle service was a major plus, making getting around a breeze.
If I had to pick something to improve, it would be the noise level at peak hours. Things can get a bit loud in the common areas from 7pm to 9pm.
